The boulder fields at Moss Rock have been a destination for southern climbers long before neighborhoods were built near by. There are a ton of bouldering problems and a few short top rope routes. If you work around town it's a quick way to get on rock after work. The main boulder fields are just a short walk from the upper lot. Really muggy this time of year, but still better than the gym!

This is an outstanding bouldering area on top of a finger ridge called Pigeon Mountain. Many interesting sandstone blocks are scattered over more than 100 acres. It is a common venue for bouldering competitions, and some folks do top roping on bigger boulders.

This wall has short routes right next to the parking lot. It offers boulder problems and some short lead routes.
