The Birch Hill Motorcycle trail is located on the upper peninsula, just north of Lake Huron, and offers a short but scenic ride along fun singletrack trail. The trails are maintained at a 40" width and are only open to motorcycles. The trail is hard-packed rock with some small hills but no major climbs or descents. Riding the trails requires a permit as well as an OHV sticker. The trail is short but there are additional riding trails and areas nearby.

Long Lake Motorcycle Trail is a 22-mile long single track trail that explores scenic state forest land on Michigan's Lower Peninsula. The trail features mostly smooth, hard-pack dirt trail with lots of small ups and downs but overall moderate elevation change. There are lots of twists and turns but no major obstacles or hazards. A Michigan ORV sticker and trail permit are required for riding.

The Kinross Motorcycle Trail system features 30 miles of marked single-track motorcycle trail that wind through hardwood forest terrain on Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The trail consists of mostly hard-packed dirt with some sandy sections. The trail travels over terrain that is moderately hilly with lots of twists, turns, and loop options. There are no major obstacles or hazards and the trail is a good option for beginner to intermediate riders. An ORV sticker and trail permit are required for riding.

The Tomahawk Motorcycle trail system consists of 3 loops that provide miles and miles of exciting and scenic riding through state forest land in the upper portion of the Lower Peninsula. This ride follow the B loop which is the western loop and is almost 40 miles long. The B loop trail is a beginner to intermediate ride. The trail can accommodate motorcycles only. The trail is mostly hardpacked dirt with very few obstacles or hazards. An ORV sticker and trail permit are required for riding.

The Tomahawk Motorcycle trail system consists of 3 loops that provide miles and miles of exciting and scenic riding through state forest land in the upper portion of the Lower Peninsula. This ride follow the A loop which is the northernmost loop and is almost 20 miles long. The A loop trail is good for beginner to intermediate riders and can accommodate motorcycles and ATVs/ORVs up to 50 inches wide. The trail is mostly hardpacked dirt with very few obstacles or hazards. An ORV sticker and trail permit are required for riding.

The Porterfield Motorcycle Trail features 38 miles of fun and scenic motorized single-track trail over state forest land on Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The trail has lots of twists and turns and ups and downs that make for a thrilling ride. The trail is only open to motorcycles that have a Michigan ORV sticker and trail permit.

The Holton Loop trail explores the scenic and rugged terrain of Huron-Manistee National Forest just east of Lake Michigan on the lower peninsula. The trail travels through pine and oak forest and features some small rolling hills. The motorcycle trail consists of two loops. The southern loop is only open to highway legal motorcycles but the northern loop is open to any motorized vehicle 40 inches or less in width with a current ORV sticker and trail permit.

The Little O Motorcycle trail is located just east of Lake Michigan and offers over 40 miles of scenic riding through Manistee National Forest. The trail is for ORVs that are 50" or less in width. The trail travels over a mix of rolling hills and flat stretches and features heavily wooded areas as well as open meadows. OHVs will need to display a current ORV sticker issued through the State of Michigan. The trail is long but does not feature any major obstacles or difficult sections. The ride is a good option for novice to intermediate riders.
