Blackberry Loop is a short loop that is located in the heart of the Ouachita Forest. This is a very easy trail that only requires a 2WD vehicle with high clearance. Pinstriping should be expected due to the thick trees surrounding the trail. Dispersed camping is offered throughout the trail.

Alum Branch Trail is a very short and easy trail with lots of other trails connecting to it. The trail consists of mostly dirt and gravel and is a pretty easy trail for most vehicles. There are a few spots that will require high clearance and 4x4. Tall trees surround the beautiful trail- so visitors should beware of fallen logs.

Angling Creek Trail is a moderately difficult trail- a stock SUV with high clearance and 4 Low is recommended. The trail consists of mostly dirt, gravel, and rocks with some overgrowth. This trail is located in Ouachita National Forest. Dispersed camping is available throughout the trail.

The Alum Divide is located within the beautiful Ouachita National Forest. The trail is in the center of many trails and offers lots to explore. Dispersed camping is offered along the way. The road is mostly dirt and doesn’t present with much challenge for any vehicle.

Alum Fork Trail is just under 16 miles long and is a beautiful trail. The trail is very easy with no major obstacles- a 2WD vehicle with high clearance would be fine here. Some rocks and dirt should be expected. Visitors can expect to see lots of stunning trees thanks to the trails location in the Ouachita National Forest. Some camping is offered throughout the trail.

Main Road 1 is a network trail that is the backbone of most trails in the area. This is in the heart of the Hot Springs ORV Park area. The trail itself is only about 1.5 miles long, but there are tons of trails that branch off and are great for exploring. This road is well groomed and doesn’t have many challenges at all. A 2WD vehicle with high clearance wouldn’t have any problems here.

Link Mountain runs throughout the beautiful Ouachita National Forest and offers great views of Cove Creek Lake. Visitors enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, and much more. A 2WD vehicle with high clearance is recommended here. Dispersed camping is offered throughout the way.

Snake F19 is a beautiful winding trail that branches off from Main Road 1 and The Loop. This trail as well as the others in the area require a permit. Some spots have loose gravel and washed out spots so a stock SUV with high clearance and 4 low is recommended. Dispersed camping is plentiful throughout this area.

Cedar Mountain is a short trail that is surrounded by an abundance of trees thanks to its location in the beautiful Ouachita National Forest. This is a very easy dirt road that could be attempted in a 2WD vehicle with high clearance. Some places may require good tire placement. Dispersed campsites can be found along the way.

Felkins/Meyer Bridge is a fairly easy trail. Visitors should expect some possible pinstriping, high water, and width issues. If there is a dry spell, most high clearance 2WD vehicles would be able to attempt the trail, but if not 4WD is definitely recommended. A designated campsite is offered with a fire pit and great privacy.
