Albion Basin Campground sits at 9,500 ft. at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is known for the vivid wildflowers that bloom in late July and is a peaceful place to camp where no off-road vehicles or loud music are allowed. Moose, deer and other wildlife frequent the area. You’ll find trails nearby for biking, hiking and even rock climbing. Because of the elevation, weather can change quickly so always prepare for cold temps and possible storms. The canyon is a watershed area where no pets are allowed. This is a first come first serve campground and visitors must bring their own water. Gates are locked from 10pm to 6am.
