Located in the Jarbidge area of Northern Nevada near Deer Mountain and Coon Creek Peak, this trail is a good intermediate level trail for those who love hiking but don’t want the level of challenge of Coon Creek Trail. Both Copper Mountain Trail and Coon Creek Trail are accessed from the same trailhead along Jarbidge Charleston County Road, so consider each and choose the one best suited to you. Be careful to enter the right trailhead as these are significantly different trails. Copper Mountain travels southwards.
