Just a few miles west of the city of Mankato, this hiking adventure offers offers a pleasant walk with some great views of the Minnesota River and surrounding river valley. A feature of the hike is Seppmann Mill, an old windmill built by a German immigrant Louis Seppmann in the 1860s. The trails are well marked and maintained by the people at Minnesota State Park.
