This section of the Lakelands Trail State Park spans between the towns of Pinckney and Hamburg, following a linear trail consisting of half crushed gravel surface and half asphalt surface that is great for biking and hiking. The trail passes through areas of multiple lakes and small streams as it travels through the Lakeland and Hamburg areas on the eastern end of the trail. The trail also goes continues for 13+ miles west from the town of Pinckney providing riders the option of setting out on a much longer ride.
