During the summer the Boyne Highlands Ski Area offers Michigan's only lift-served bike park, providing riders with multiple challenging bike trails back down the mountain. This ride follows the blue and orange trails for a fast descent back to the base of the lift. The trails vary in difficulty but in general the area is best suited for intermediate to advanced riders due to the fast downhill nature of the rides. There is also a series of freeride trails that are designated as expert-only runs. There is a daily fee to use the bike lift and the lifts run on a schedule so check ahead for times and dates the lifts are open for riders.
