Located in the southern outskirts of Boyne City, this 300-acre nature preserve offers miles of trails open for hiking, biking, and winter recreation. The trails travel through mostly wooded terrain with a boardwalk trail that leads up to an impressive overlook of Boyne City and Lake Charlevoix. There is a steep climb up the stairs to the overlook but the remainder of the loop hike is fairly mild with a gradual descent on the way down.
