Cedarville State Forest offers 19.5 miles of marked hiking trails through a beautiful thick forest. This trail begins at the charcoal kiln and combines forest roads and wooded paths. Take a short side path to visit the Cedarville Pond. It has some short hills with streams and springs. The paths are wide, mostly flat, well-marked with blue blazes, and easy to follow. Be aware of hunting season and take precautions when necessary.
