The trail follows along Mammoth Cave Parkway. You will find that it has a few hills with some climbs and descents but overall pretty flat. The trail is made up of crushed gravel. There are several trailheads along the path. The surroundings are very beautiful as you travel through wooded countryside. Leave a vehicle at the Park City parking lot if you would like to make this adventure one-way.
