Several miles of asphalt trail wrap around several sandpit lakes and run through open prairie and along a narrow slough in the 480-acre Sedgwick Park. Horseshoe Lake, Moss Lake, and Tom Scott Lake are seen from the trail and offer swimming and diving platforms. Walkers, runners, biker, and roller-bladers frequent this trail. It is quite scenic and many recreational opportunities are available in the park.
