The Wilson Creek trail loops around hills and gulleys of the Southwest Region of Idaho. It is a great spring time hike and it will give some okay views of the Owyhee Mountains. There is a lot of sand, dirt and rocks that encompass the area and the vegetation is mostly sage brush and some plants. It does get plenty hot in the summer time so you will want to be equipped with plenty of water and sunscreen. Mountain bikers access this trail and wild horses have been sighted in this area.
