You should be able to start at the trailhead if you have a high clearance vehicle to get up the North Fork Deer Creek Road, otherwise you can start the off of Deer Creek Road below. This is definitely an aerobic ride that climbs at first, and then it goes through some rocky and bumpy section downhill as it loops back. Bring plenty of water, a jacket, and a camera for taking pictures of excellent vistas as the trail traverses along the ridge.
