White River is a very little-known river that flows through ranches in a rural valley. This is a small river that is narrow and windy with lots of braids. This section is popular for fishing and a good multi-day trip, but smaller section can be done. County Road 8 runs closely along and provides good access. The put it begins at the confluence and takeout is in Meeker.
