This off-road trail follows an old mining road up to the head of Baldwin Gulch and within 500 feet of a 14er. There are 2 steep switchback sections. Passing on the switchbacks can be difficult so watch for oncoming vehicles. Stock SUVs with high-clearance should be ok. But the road is a narrow shelf-road so off-road driving experience is recommended.
