Haviland Lake lies in a thick forest of Ponderosa Pines that provide a scenic backdrop to paddle around. The lake is restricted to hand propelled boats and boats powered by electric motors. It is a wakeless lake which makes for a secluded setting. Camping and nearby trails for hiking are available.
