Bald Mountain Loop is a quick loop located off the Bald Mountain Gulch road. This is a rocky shelf road with occasional steep side slopes. The road is suitable for stock 4WD vehicles with low range. Multiple switchbacks are the most challenging part of the road. The loop can be done in either direction but doing it counterclockwise is climbing through the switchbacks rather than descending them.
