This high alpine trail offers both amazing scenery and some fun off-roading. Primitive camping and a good chance of seeing wildlife is possible. It also connects to several other trails in the area. Most of the trail is rutted soft dirt that can get really dusty when dry and muddy when wet. There are some challenging rock climbs and mud pits. Stock vehicles that have high clearance are ok.
