Instead of walking the beach, ride it. This ride is a two-way paved bike path that follows the beach from Del Rey Lagoon Park to Santa Monica Beach. Although you wont find vehicles on the path, you are likely to find foot traffic. The section from Del Rey Lagoon Park to Venice Beach follows roads.
