From Walnut Creek to Benicia, this ride meanders through neighborhoods, foothills, and quiet canyons to the coast where it crosses Carquinez Straight. The ride consists of ups and downs along low graded hills with no major climbs. The route follows paved bike paths over Carquinez Bridge and George Miller Jr Memorial Bridge.
