Located on the western edge of Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, the Jasper Trail offers a less-traveled route into the park that connects to other good riding trails and camping areas. Jasper Trail provides a moderately-challenging route that has some steep hills climbs and descents over a narrow dirt road. The road features some ruts, rocks, and uneven ledges. The route also includes some sections of loose sand and gravel. Conditions can change after rainfall so be ready for a variety of conditions. The route ends at its intersection with Grapevine Canyon. The route is passable for most high-clearance SUVs.
