East Bay Hills Ride follows roads and paved bike paths up and down the foothills and through neighborhoods and redwood forests of San Francisco's east bay area. The rewards of this ride are excellent views of the bay area and Mount Diablo along Grizzly Peak Boulevard. Some sections of the ride follows roads that have narrow or no shoulders to ride in.
