Located near Fresno, this ride follows back roads that wind along rolling green foothills and into the forested mountains. As the road gains elevations the scenery changes from flat farmlands and rolling hills to woodlands and high alpine forests, lakes, rivers, and mountains. Sections of the route follow narrow roads with no shoulders. The heaviest of traffic will be in town and along sections of Road 200 which starts at mile 40. Food, water, and restrooms can be found in Auberry at mile 26 and in Fraint at mile 65.
