Copper Creek is a basic forest service road during the summer but is also a popular route during the winter months. You can drive up to 4500 feet and enjoy views of Mount Rainier and the surrounding peaks. Stock SUVs with 4WD is suitable but for winter travel tire chains and safety gear is recommended. Weekends will be crowded.
