Hiking

Timpanogos Cave National Monument is known for its colorful and impressive stalactites and stalagmites. The trail to Timpanogos Cave is steep but paved the entire way. To enter the cave is a guided tour and tickets must be purchased at the visitor center before hiking. There are some steep drop-offs so keep your little ones close if they are hiking with you. The cave is awesome and about 45 degrees so bring a jacket if you're doing the tour. Weekends are busy so reserving online ahead of time is best so you're not waiting for hours.

Take the tours! Explore the cave as much as you are able. This is my favorite to do on a really hot day. The hike is paved and good calve work out. The cave drops in temperature and starts to feel like you walk into a freezer. I would suggest bringing a light jacket if you get cold easily.
