This section of the Logan River Begins at the third dam and flows to the first dam. Running through the lower end of the canyon this section is fast, steep, rocky and will keep you on your toes. If the water level is high, you should scout the footbridge and the few miles below. After the footbridge it is as constant class 3 to 4 rapids.
