Bear Lake is nestled in a high mountain setting on the Utah/Idaho border. It is the second largest natural freshwater lake in Utah and is known for its fascinating turquoise-blue color. It offers miles of shoreline to paddle with very pleasant beaches. Expect a lot of powerboat traffic and high winds are common creating choppy waters. This access is located on the south shoreline and offers camping, rentals and picnicking facilities.
