Starting in Quitaque, Texas, this ramble explores the Caprock Canyon area from the saddle of a road bicycle. Though relatively flat, this ride starts a little bit higher and drops down into the wonders of the Caprock Canyon, before returning and making a small climb back out. Caprock Canyon is highly lauded for its beautiful geology, complete with a meandering but often dry river. The end of this trail is a known good spot to start hiking into the further reaches of the mountains around the canyon.
