This 15-mile lollipop ride gives you the best biking experience through Palo Duro Canyon. Known for its unique geology, Palo Duro is a beautiful area worth a visit. It proves that not all of Texas is flat as you first drop into the canyon then climb back out on a slope that pushes towards 10%. This is a moderately long and easy ride with one challenging climb, but an overall upward slope on the way back, so be prepared with sufficient water and other necessities, particularly during the summer months.
