This adventure through the Caddo grasslands is a bit of a misnomer. This trail meanders through fairly dense forest, providing an excellent adventure to get away from the Texas heat. The trail is not paved, so be sure to wear appropriate shoes. At one point this trail reaches the shores of Coffee Mill Lake, a great spot for rest stop, or a picnic.
