Starting at Broadway Street, this follows the Scranton Riverwalk North along the Lackawanna River. The first portion of the trail is paved and then turns into a packed dirt trail. This route is one way to Parker Street, but it could be an out-and-back trail with a turn-around anywhere before the trail ends at Parker.
