The most popular countryside loop in Bend, the Twin Bridges Scenic Bikeway gets its name from crossing over two bridges that span the gorgeous Deschutes River. The ride begins and ends at beautiful Drake Park located in downtown Bend and has views along its entirety of the gorgeous Cascade Mountains as it rolls through the high desert terrain, among forests, along the river and by farmland and ranches. The route goes through the small town of Tumalo, which is a great place to take a break mid-way in the ride.
