Roosevelt Lake lies in the scenic Shawnee State Park. These hunting grounds of the Shawnee Indians have been named “The Little Smokies”. Roosevelt Lake is one of 2 lakes in the park and is a peaceful place to paddle and enjoy the beauty of Shawnee State Forest. The lake is restricted to electric motors only.
