Hanging Rock Area is located in Wayne National Forest and is an area strip-mined from the 1960s. The area is well known for its fishing ponds and challenging trails for riding. The trails are open to ATVs and mountain bike use. The Copperhead loop is just one of the many trails here and offers steep dwonhill. The road is wide but watch for ruts, moguls, potholes and washouts from ATV riders.
