Moon Rocks is a fun place to explore and play in the high desert. It is popular and has a large staging area with free dispersed camping opportunities. The terrain is dry and dusty with no shade so be sure to bring shade and water. There is a big variety of trails and cool rock formations to see and play on. Nevada registration or out of state registration is required as well as a spark arresting silencer or end cap for all vehicles. There is a noise limit of 96 decibels.
