Smiths Falls State Park is situated on the Niobrara River and is home to Nebraska's tallest waterfall, Smith Falls. The park offers good access to the river for fishing and paddling and also offers a beautiful setting for camping. The park campground features primitive tent camping sites located on the north side of the river. The sites have picnic tables and fire pits. Additional amenities include restrooms, showers, and a picnic shelter. Sites are $10 per night and can be reserved by calling the state park office.
