Potter's Pasture was constructed using existing livestock trails for the use of outdoor recreation, and livestock are still being used to help maintain it today. Due to the hoof-trodden tracks, the dirt trails can be quite worn, narrow, and bumpy. There are a network of routes laced among the hillsides; where many, if not all somehow connect to one another and can be combined for a mixed adventure. Adaptability is important as future expansion can cause the layout to change. This particular route takes one atop and along a small ridgeline about midway through the trip, called "Team Trail". The entry to that section is a bit unnoticeable from the main trail, so be watchful. A difficult climb is required to summit the ridge; earning a "very difficult" rating. Note that both hikers and bikers use the trails regularly.
