Lake Minatare SRA is a beautiful natural area in western Nebraska that encompasses almost 3000 acres including a 2100-acre lake, a federal waterfowl refuge, and Nebraska's only lighthouse. The Lakeview Point Campground is situated on a peninsula and features 52 sites with asphalt pads that can accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs up to 58 feet in length. Each site has a picnic table, fire pit, and electric hookup. Additional amenities include drinking water, restrooms, showers, and a boat ramp. Half of the sites are available first come, first serve and the other half can be reserved online up until 3 days before arrival. Sites are $25-$30 per night.
