The Denton Creek Route is located just south of Houghton Lake in Roscommon State Forest and offers great scenery and fun riding terrain for off-road vehicles 72 inches or less in width. The route features a few twists and turns but very minor elevation changes. The trail is sandy and can be wet at times. The route connects to the Denton Creek Trail which offers additional riding opportunities in the area for ORVs less than 50 inches in width. An ORV license and trail permit are required for riding the route and trail.
