Old Holbrook Place is a small and privately owned campground located in Sutton that provides convenient access to Manchaug Pond. Sites are located right along the shoreline and can accommodate tents or trailers with a max length of 32 feet long. A boat ramp and swimming beach is located onsite and there are row boat and kayak rentals. Partial or full hookups are available as well as access to restrooms and warm showers.
