This 14 mile long reservoir is located in Twin Falls County near Rogerson off Three Mile Road. There are many different species of game fish including bown trout, chinook and kokanee salmon, yellow perch, black crappie, channel catfish, smallmouth bass, and premier walleye. The dam was Built in 1910 to provide irrigation water for farms but now it is an important recreation spot with a total of 5 sites at the reservoir. The recreation site at Salmon Dam is fully developed with designated camping units, driknking water, picnic sites, a dump station, and a boat ramp. Also, there is a $5 fee per vehicle if you decide to camp.
