Shoreline access is excellent and numerous docks and ramps are available in the area. The trip passes by many campgrounds including Poison Creek CG, Amanita CG, and Rainbow Point CG as it maneuvers around the northern end of the lake. Take a quiet trip by the shoreline and you’ll likely see bald eagles, sandhill cranes, white pelicans or swans. There are also breathtaking views of the West Mountains towards the west. The resort offers plenty of amenities and it’s a great area for summer excursions.
