The land that is now Trout Brook Valley was originally intended to be set aside fore a golf course and homes but local activists protested and eventually the land was purchased for preservation. This mountain biking adventure features a few steep climbs, subsequent downhills and rock gardens. Be apprised that after a heavy rain the technical sections become more difficult and there are a few water crossings. Maps are available for free at all the official trail heads.
