This paddling experience through Lord Cove offers a splendid experience with lots of beauty and wildlife. There are brackish marshes, low grassy islands, shorebirds and mudflats. There are many different passageways that you can explore. Wildlife that you may encounter may include snow egrets, gulls, wren, muskrats and ducks. Fishing is also great on this section of the Connecticut River.
