Lover’s Leap features attractive granite with excellent dykey slab climbing. It holds some of the finest multi-pitch traditional climbing in Northern California. The East Wall is a 400-ft. wall on the left side of the leap. You will find the highest concentration of trad routes here. Most routes are 3 pitches and require a walk-off of the top and to the left. The approach trail is well maintained and wide. It is a popular crag and will be crowded on summer weekends. Peregrine Falcons nest seasonally at Lover’s Leap. A closure is in place at the center of the wall from April 1st- September 30th. Be sure to know which routes this applies to
