Cannell Trail, also known as the Cannell Plunge, includes mostly singletracks that meander through jeffrey and ponderosa pine forests, meadows, across streambeds, and a dry desert terrain. The trail is very diverse with flat sections in the meadows and rocky sandy downhills. There is plenty to see along the trail from abundant wildlife to spectacular views of the Kern River Valley.
