Hard sandstone that is typical of this part of the southeast. Also, this area was re-opened by the SCC after being closed for a couple decades because of private property ownership. There are a wide variety of features and a mix of sport and traditional routes. Plus, Horse Pens is up and around the corner for a break from ropes or belays.
